How do I get the files?
Right after payment, Razorpay sends you to the download page. Save the files to your phone or Drive. If anything goes wrong, email hello@noticekart.com with your Razorpay payment id and we'll send them.
Can I edit the notices?
Yes. The .docx and .xlsx open in Google Docs / Sheets (upload to Drive, then "Open with"), Microsoft Word / Excel or WPS on your phone.
Does it tell me the legal fireworks time for my city?
No. Permitted hours are set locally and can change every year. The safety notice has a blank for the time window and tells residents to follow this year's order from the local police / municipal authority. This is a planning aid, not legal advice.
